bayou skiff boat plans Well i finally made up my mind on which boat to build and decided uncle john's bayou skiff was the best bet for me. purchased the plans and got the wood from home depot. i'm using 1/4" ac fir plywood for the sides and bottom and 3/4" pine boards for the rails etc. cut the plywood pieces last weekend and scarfed the sides..
